Individual Therapy
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck — carrying anxiety, grief, burnout, or a quiet sense that something important needs to shift. Individual therapy is a space to slow down, get curious about what's going on, and start building something that feels more like the life you actually want.
I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, relationships, and the particular weight of existing in systems that weren't built for you. Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to you — drawing on IFS, EMDR, somatic approaches, and positive psychology depending on what you need.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually.
Relationship and Couples Counseling
Relationships are some of the most meaningful and most challenging spaces we inhabit. Whether you're navigating communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust after a rupture, or trying to grow together through a major life change — couples and relational therapy offers a space to slow down and figure it out together.
I work with couples and polycules of all configurations. I have particular experience with queer partnerships, non-monogamous and relationship-anarchist relationships, and relationships navigating infidelity or betrayal — spaces where traditional couples therapy frameworks often fall short.
Sessions are 55 minutes and held virtually.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma doesn't always look like a single dramatic event. It can be the accumulation of experiences that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or like you had to shrink yourself to survive — including the ongoing impact of systemic and intergenerational trauma. I use EMDR and somatic approaches to work with trauma stored in the body, alongside IFS to help make sense of the protective patterns that developed along the way. This work can be slow and nonlinear, and we move at your pace.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually.
